Blackboxstocks new features for 2022
I’m very impressed with the Blackboxstocks team for putting these features together. They are very competitive in the market with options flow and are always adding to their web site and phone app.
With so many new features it’s very easy to get lost and will need a learning curve.

1. ORB STUDY FEATURE:
Let’s start off with the ORB studies under their charting console. This is my favorite study as I use this indicator on TradingView. But seeing it on blackboxstocks makes it a bit easier since this console is always on while I’m watching the options flow.
How do you access this? … I swear every day someone is asking..how do I get this!?! It’s all right here, stop asking!
Side Note : Play around with the console because there is so much in there.
2. Web Site – “Rooms”
These rooms have its own purpose so you wouldn’t need discord for audio because it streams right through the web site.
Blackbox Start – If you’re new you can ask questions here. Although it’s not as active as the discord but easier to get help
Main Chat– This is not as active as discord but if you just want audio listening click on the microphone during market hours. The great thing about this feature is no need for discord
Road House – Another room we have in discord but in the chat via web site isn’t very active. (so go to discord for more info) Mainly you can use this for audio listening for more advanced plays. If you’re new I suggest to leave this out until you get more experience.
Team Trades – A complied version of all the plays from mods and council members. These are called out live during the day. There is no audio.
Flow Plays – The butter of flow plays. This is where the best flow plays are posted. If you want to be a flow trader this is the room for you.
BlackBox Videos – As the name suggests you’ll see videos about the black box platform.
Homework – Go here first to learn how to trade options. You’ll be greeted by a wall of text but there’s ton of resources read. It will take time and it’s not an easy task to learn.
Bulletin Board – As the name suggests. A lot of these will overlap with the homework section. But if you’re looking for a class, come here!!
Sometimes I listen to both Main chat and Roadhouse, this is where the feature works well. Since on discord you can’t go on voice in 2 rooms at the same time.
3. Watchlist
Tons of members were asking for this and we finally have it. Here’s how you will use it.
If you want to only see certain flow you can add it to “only” and that is the only flow you will see (EX: NKE, VERU)
If you want to remove flow click “OMIT” and that will remove the flow. (EX: TSLA)
Here is the OMIT before and after using $TSLA as an example. You will do the same but just click OMIT. It’s gone!
4) E* Trade Integration
I honestly don’t use this but it’s an option now along with Tradestation. You can click the flow and buy it right in the platform
5) New mod trade rooms on discord
They added new mods and new council plays in their own room. Some of these rooms has already been there.
6) Alert Notifications
You can pick and choose what alerts you want. I haven’t used the watchlist only portion but overall it works the same as the old way. Includes the sound notification which can also be turned off.
7) App redesign & New beta app
Note the following is in beta. Things can change but so far it’s 200% wayyyyyy better!
Andriod blackboxstocks app
As you can see there’s some new features but I can say it is worth playing with it. IOS does have it too but I’m an Andriod user. Puts on Apple for me haha!.
Overall there’s new features on blackboxstocks that will add to your tools for trading. Never forget that these tools are just to aid you in trading and will never guarantee a winning play. However there are always high probability that a lot of these plays will work out. This is not a get rich quick scheme.
