It’s no longer Taco Tuesdays, it’s coffee Tuesdays…oh wait that doesn’t make sense… We played SBUX and made some great gains.

Here are today’s plays:

The first play of the day was getting rid of JD since we swung it from 7/16/20.

1)JD +30%

Do you notice the blue arrows? Each time JD would gap up it would go down in the first few 15 mins of trading so we figured to get out while you can. There may be more profits but this is a good gain and I wouldn’t mind locking this call option.

Tip : Look at the stock patterns, not all stocks are the same

2) ATVI +18%

I really didn’t know much about this stock except it brings me back to my early Starcraft days. You guys can easily guess how old I am with that information LOL. But the flow was good on this and early this morning I was a bit worried that it may keep on continuing down to break support. It was close but bounced right back. I was thinking of getting rid of it already then it had the mid day pump with Cramer. Thanks bro! When that happened I sold right away in that green candle. I think it could have kept going up as the stock price went up but I had enough.

3) SBUX +52%

Remember how I lost yesterday and had a huge sad face ? Today I have a huge smile

I re-entered again on the same day to get my mocha frap back and I got more than I needed. So again, they kept hitting this with great flow and I just couldn’t stop staring at it. Since I was up yesterday, we are fine with our risk management.

I was about to exit in the 2nd candle but again, the flow kept coming and the SPY was still trying to come up. But eventually once it hit the 50% I had enough. Which was not a bad exit because look at the next candles. I’m thinking it may gap up again tomorrow but this is enough for me. I may come in for SBUX again but we’ll see
